Terms of consultation

These terms apply to every consultation with Shruti Malhotra booked through shrutiastro.com, WhatsApp or phone. Booking a consultation means you accept them.

Booking

• Consultations are booked on WhatsApp at +91 98992 82543. Shruti will suggest the reading that fits your question and offer available slots.
• A slot is confirmed only once the fee has been received.
• Please share accurate birth details (date, time and place). Readings are prepared from the details you provide.

Fees and payment

• Fees are as listed on the consultations page at the time of booking.
• The full fee is paid before the consultation begins.
• Clients in India pay by UPI. Clients outside India pay by PayPal, in US dollars.
• Payment details are shared on WhatsApp when you book. Please send a screenshot or the transaction reference once you have paid.

No refunds

All fees are non-refundable once paid, including if you are unable to attend a confirmed session or decide not to go ahead after booking.

Changing a session

If you need to move a confirmed session, message Shruti on WhatsApp as early as possible and a new time will be offered where one is available. If Shruti is unable to hold a confirmed session, it will be rescheduled to a time that suits you.

What a consultation is

• Astrology is offered as guidance for reflection and planning. It is not a guarantee of any outcome.
• It does not replace advice from qualified medical, legal, financial or mental health professionals. Please consult them for decisions in those areas.
• Any remedies suggested are optional and are never a condition of the reading.

Readings about other people

When you book a reading for someone else, please do so with their consent, or as the parent or guardian of a child. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to book on their behalf.

Confidentiality

Your chart, your questions and your session stay between you and Shruti. How your information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to your consultation.
